Junior Registration 2019

Hi everyone, welcome to Forest Rugby Club’s 61st year!

Junior registrations are now OPEN for the 2019 season which commences on the 31st of March weekend. Registration this year will be via a new system called Rugby Xplorer. Rugby Australia have now standardised nationally on this system across Juniors and Seniors. Importantly, your details from RugbyLink have been migrated so you will be recognised when you register. The registration process is much simpler and can be completed as per below.

 

Registration process

Firstly, you must apply and obtain your Active Kids voucher, if you intend to use for Rugby Fees.  APPLY for VOUCHER CODE NOW https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-active-kids-voucher

There are two ways to register with Rugby Xplorer:

1) Desktop computer at – https://myaccount.rugby.com.au/ (Best to use Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox web browser, Internet Explorer doesn’t work so well)

2) Smartphone using the App – ‘Rugby Xplorer’ via the Apple store and Google Play

To then register the high level steps are as follows:

  • Parent activates their account via Rugby Xplorer
  • Parent links children to their account
  • Parent registers child to “Forest JRUFC” (including Girls 7s), please be careful to select the correct Forest club at Sydney Juniors Rugby Union
  • Make sure the child’s Profile is public not Private else they cannot be put on a team sheet
  • Confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration

Registration Fees
U6/U7 = $90
U8/U9 = $140
U10/Opens = $200

 

Key Dates

  • Official training commences on the 6th of March – some coaches may start prior.
  • Season commences on the 31st of March weekend, 29th for Friday night games
  • The first two weeks of March will be Mouthguard fitting and gear handout
  • Further information will be sent out as we get closer to the season kick off.
