2017 – JUNIOR RUGBY REGISTRATION PROCESS
This year sees a new registration system for the Sydney Juniors Rugby Union members. The system is called RugbyLink which is owned and administered by the Australian Rugby Union association. This system is used for registration as well as competition management. Alternatively, the Forest Rugby Clubhouse will be open on Saturday 4th February from 8.30am to 12.30pm for those who would like to register in person.

Forest Rugby Registration Fees for 2017:
U6/U7s = $90
U8/U9s = $140
U10s and above = $200
Girls & Boys Rugby 7s (First Competition) = $60 (does not include uniform, this can be purchased separately from the club at a cost of $30)
Registration Fee includes club shorts, socks and training shirt (excluding Rugby 7s).
Please note the majority of existing player details have been migrated into RugbyLink so all you need to do is create the online profile commencing at Step 1 below. If you are new to the club and have not played for Forest Rugby before then you can go straight to Step 2 to create your RugbyLink player profile and register to play in 2017.
Before you commence registration please have the following information handy:
Height, Weight, & Credit/Bebit card information
Step 1 (Existing Players)
If your player details exist in RugbyLink you will receive an email requesting you to create a Participant login to create the player profile. This email will be sent to you and you may need to check your spam folder as this is a system-generated email. Once you’ve created your RugbyLink Participant (player) profile, please proceed to Step 2.
Please note: This email will link will expire in 3 days. If this happens you can recover your account at the following link or contact the RugbyLink support teams on the details below to reset your account.

My suggestion is to create your Participant login to RugbyLink even if you’re not quite ready to register for whatever reason. And please remember to upload a photo of your child to your profile. Then once you are ready to register you can go straight to Step 2 below.
